……………..NOW THE MORE INTERESTING STUFF!
It is intended that all Improver and Intermediate Junior Players will be assessed
and introduced to the MiniSquash and Development programmes. This is an excellent
structure to help the development of our young players and progress is easy
to follow via the Passport and Certificates issued at the completion of each
section. For more information on the structure of MiniSquash please see the
MS noticeboard upstairs or ask Jeremy or John.
From time to time we host MiniSquash coursse that are usually enthusiastically received
by those attending. These
courses are an excellent opportunity for all our existing Improver
and Intermediate players to gain awards towards the next levels on their MiniSquash
programmes.
A junior club championship takes place each year starting in April.
A junior ladder is run continuously and used as a basis for team selection.
GOGGLES
All juniors (U-19) are reminded that it is a club rule to wear protective eyewear during training sessions/matches. The club has a few pairs of goggles, but it would be great if juniors could get a pair of their own in the near future. If you wish to order some from us, please contact Jeremy or John.
If you have any queries about any of the above, please don't hesitate to grab John or Jeremy.Jeremy Colton Mobile 07967 392495
